Refund Policy

Digital product

TokenVault sells digital token packs. Once the API key is emailed to you and activated, the product is considered fully delivered.

When you can get a refund

• The key wasn't emailed within 24 hours of purchase
• The key doesn't work and can't be used
• You were charged twice for the same transaction

When you can't get a refund

• The key has already been activated and used
• The pack has expired (30 days)
• You changed your mind after receiving the key

How to request a refund

Reach out to us on Telegram at @layletoken with your purchase details (email + amount) within 48 hours of the purchase. We'll handle the request within one business day.
