Terms of Service

1. General

Welcome to TokenVault. Using the site and our services is subject to the terms set out below. By using the site, completing a purchase, or creating an account, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms in full.

2. The service

TokenVault sells digital token packs (API keys) for use with third-party AI services. Outages or availability changes on the part of the third-party providers we rely on are outside our control, and we make reasonable efforts to address them as quickly as possible.

3. User accounts

• Authentication is done via a third-party login account. You are responsible for keeping your login account secure.
• You may not transfer, share, or sell your account or the API keys you receive.
• We may block accounts that violate these terms or are suspected of fraudulent activity.

4. Purchases and payment

• Payments are accepted by credit card or crypto (USDT, BTC, ETH) at checkout. Prices are shown in USD and any crypto equivalent is calculated at checkout.
• After the payment is confirmed, the key is issued by our team and delivered within 1 minute to 24 hours of purchase.
• Every charge is one-off; there are no auto-renewing subscriptions.
• Refunds are processed manually by our team. For crypto payments, refunds are sent to the wallet address you provide. This may take additional processing time.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for any illegal, harmful, or rights-infringing activity. You may not:

• Resell the keys you received without explicit written permission from us.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or intentionally overload the service.
• Use the service to generate illegal, harmful, or privacy-violating content.

6. Pack validity

Each pack is valid for 30 days from activation. Tokens not used by the end of that window expire and cannot be refunded or rolled over to a new pack.

7. Refunds

Full refund details are on the Refund Policypage. In short — refunds are available only when a key wasn't delivered, doesn't work, or you were double-charged.

8. Limited liability

The service is provided "AS IS". We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages caused by use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the specific pack in question.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where TokenVault operates. Any dispute will be heard in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
